Looking for a way to earn money for your group or organization?  Cox Farm would like to invite your group to hold a fundraiser night at the maze.  Admission is $5.00 per person; Cox Farm will donate ½ back to your group.  That means that for every person that comes for your group your group will get $2.50!  What a deal!  Choose a night September 1st - Octorber 27th Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights only the maze will be open for your group from 6pm-9pm.  Click here for reservation page, in the comment section type in Fundraiser.  We look forward to you and your group getting “Lost” in the maze!  If you have any questions please email: ron@coxfarm.com

In order to participate in our fund raiser your group must spread the word to everyone you can about your time and date of your fund raiser. We will help by advertising your fund raiser on the digital billboard at 63rd St. south and Broadway and our Web-site. In order to receive your half of the fund raiser you must  sell or pre sell 100 tickets for your group. This should be an easy goal to meet if you work hard you could have 100s of people attend your fund raiser. We will have our tractors running with hay rack rides , the cow train for children, petting zoo,  straw maze, hay jump and the Big slide. We also have covered shelters with picnic tables for your use.

Cox Farm in the Community

We've been a part of the Sedgwick  County community for over 85 years. As a business, we have employed hundreds of local adults and teens and we continue our commitment to providing jobs.

As part of the community, we are often asked to contribute to local fundraisers. No business can contribute monetarily to every cause, so we have set a policy regarding ticket and food donation requests to make the process work for both the requesting party and our farm business.

Our Ticket Donation Policy

Our donation policy for fundraisers, such as basket bingos, silent auctions, and charity fundraisers, is as follows:

Requests must be made in writing on official organization letterhead. Requests must be made from a non-profit group. (We have a different program for business partners who would like to market cooperatively with Cox Farm.) We generally give (4) Family Four Paks of tickets good for the current season only, unless the Fundraiser is late in the season.

Our Food Donation Policy

Our donation policy for fundraisers, such as watermelon feeds, Picnics, BBQs, for charity fundraisers, is as follows:

Requests must be made in writing on official organization letterhead. Requests must be made from a non-profit group. (We have a different program for business partners who would like to market cooperatively with Cox Farm.) We generally give according to what's in season and how many requests we recieve.
