Early in the year we start seeds growing in the greenhouse, by mid April the young plants are ready to be sold and planted in the garden. As the ground warms we plant our garden. First early peas and green onions, then potatoes and sweet corn. Next it's time to plant the tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, peppers, watermelons, cantaloupes and lots more. Before we know it it's mid-June and it's time to plant the pumpkins, gourds and fall squash. Each year the season is a little different but before we know it the garden is producing lots of produce and we are busy picking, sorting and selling home grown fruits and vegetables.
