We have hayrack rides,straw maze,bouncy houses, petting zoo,picnic tables and covered shelters, and sand boxes from April - October
Come visit our farm April 14th thru June 12th Your group will be visiting a real working farm, real dirt and all. Please have children dress appropriately for the farm and weather. Check out the farm animals, ride out to the fields on our trailers and look at all the plants growing.
Our first stop will be at the Green onion patch where the kids will see how onions are planted and pulled. We will also check out the green beans, peas and beet patches. Next we're off to the potato fields where we will stop and show the kids how we plant and grow our potatoes. Our next stop will be at the tomato field. After touring the fields we will ride back to the Cox Farm Planting Station where after a short demonstration the children will choose a plant, transplant it and take it with them. This farm tour will be very educational and a lots of fun.
The cost is $5.50 per person, Teachers and chaperons are free to tour. Teachers and all paid addmissions will get to and plant their own plant. The tour will take about 1&1/2 hours.Make your reservations online and save 50 cents off the $5.50 price your cost will be $5.00 for each paid admission weekdays
